# Institutions

`Institutions` is an auto-generated typed `DataSet` (`Institutions.Designer.vb`, generated from `Institutions.xsd`) defining an `InstitutionDataTable` schema with corresponding `InstitutionRow` and `InstitutionRowChangeEvent` types. No other file in this library references any of these types**, so this artifact is treated as legacy/orphaned scaffolding retained from an earlier implementation rather than active application logic*. A near-identical `Institutions` typed DataSet exists in the sibling `SAIF.Application.Claim` library, suggesting this may be a stale copy carried over during an earlier refactor**.

## Purpose
